Checkbox does not submit bug report

Binary package hint: checkbox

Clean install of Ubuntu 9.10 final with Guest Additions (guest OS) in VBox 3.0.8 on Ubuntu 8.04.3

Error: Required fields not contained in POST data: submission_key, system

Correct email address was entered; Checkbox did not submit report.

Similar to Bug #437663 but Checkbox finished testing but did not submit report.
