system testing fails external mic test

While running the system testing on the Acer Aspire One D250 model, the external mic test fails instantly. The mic works in the sound recorder program. The internal mic does not work, and a bug will be filed on that next. Maybe same problem.

I'm reassigning this to checkbox as you've noted the external mic does work when you manually test with sound recorder. It seems this is an issue with checkbox.
