cgproxy hangs when underlying cgmanager is restarted

Bug Description
I've just had a couple of boxes where cgproxy running in a LXC container started hanging (anything using it would just stall, tested that with lxc-ls -f) after cgmanager got an update on the host.
A simple "stop cgproxy && start cgmanager" in the container fixed the situation, but cgproxy should have noticed cgmanager dying and have attempted a reconnection...
