Bug Description

The systemd-tmpfiles service (on 20.04) logs this line in syslog:

Apr 26 14:36:55 mysystem systemd-tmpfiles[94920]: /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/certmonger.conf:3: Line references path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/certmonger → /run/certmonger; please update the tmpfiles.d/ drop-in file accordingly.

Changing the line to read "d /run/certmonger 0755 root root" resolves the issue.
