  * Update to SDK 3.0 earlyRel.
  * Change cross-prefix to /usr/lib/cell/toolchain.  Do not change sysroot.
  * debian/rules: Support parallel=<n> in DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS.
  * Run the testsuite for native builds.
