Ubuntu is almost impossible to use on Intel N2600 due to slowness with cedarview-drm, is it a known fact?

Unfortunately, this bug known for Intel.
 * Poor 2D rendering performance through Xlib protocol. (#9 #125 #126)

I am not sure that Community could be fix it.
