infinite loop if cdrom is not detected

Bug Description

Binary package hint: cdrom-checker

If the cdrom on the system is not detected, cdrom-checker will loop into cdrom-detect forever.

Seems likely from code inspection; although I'm not sure what else it could do other than reboot!

I think that erroring out with a proper message and reboot is a sane thing to do.
