Bug Description

Version: 0.7.1-3ubuntu1

/home/gdh/Desktop/dvd contains VOBs (et al) in AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS, which plays perfectly in VLC (menus and audio). Brasero fails to write this to an ISO or to a real DVD. "An unknown error occured. Check your disc." Some small data is pasted here. The main log of genisoimage failing is attached.

Having made my way through all GNOME + KDE burning software, I resorted to Nerolinux 3.5, which worked perfectly first time. :(

FWIW, removing -dvd-video from the genisoimage commandline allows the ISO to be created successfully.

Of course, it doesn't then make a compliant DVD-Video disc - no menus, no chapter navigation, nor any audio(!)

I can confirm this, same brasero version. The problem is (as you can see in the log):

BraseroGenisoimage stderr: /usr/bin/genisoimage: Can't open device ''

And then, it couldn't find the folders because it's searching in '' instead of the correct folder.

Any ideas how to fix it?

that's more like a genisoimage issue then, re assigning.
