Bug Description
libcdparanoia0-dev pollutes /usr/include with the generically named "utils.h", which is
not included by either of the other two headers in the package.
Please move cdparanoia's header files to /usr/include/cdda, or rename utils.h to cdda_utils.h.

Are you seriously that lazy? Don't make me fucking come over here to launchpad to set bugs back to confirmed just because you are too damned lazy to type dpkg -L. Jesus H. Christ on toast! You people are driving me up the wall! The bug is easy to understand and trivial to reproduce. If you can't be bothered to check it yourself, don't fucking change the status.

Bug has sufficient information for a developer to work on. Setting bug as triaged.
Also to note is that debian has mentioned they would fix the bug in the next upload

Jeffrey Baker, thank you for your contributions to this bug. I beg your pardon but this was not a matter of laziness, I did not know that know that, now I do ;) However, to maintain a respectful atmosphere, please follow the code of conduct - http://
This is still the case in Intrepid, libcdparanoia0- dev_3.10. 0+debian- 1. This is years old.
