Help text at the bottom of installer screen could be clearer

Bug Description

the Breezy installer has the following text at the bottom of the text screen:

<Tab> moves between items; <Space> selects; <Enter> activates buttons

This is not entirely clear.
For example, in the language selection screen, the individual languages could be
thought of as 'items'. But Tab does not move between them, the arrow keys do.
The Space key does not select the highlighted option.

You're welcome to try to provide better wording that fits within 80 characters in a variety of languages; I couldn't do any better within the necessary constraints when I originally wrote that text. (I don't want to change this around too much because it requires translation changes, but if the improvement is compelling then I'd certainly consider it.)

I will think about it.
Are there characters available that look like the arrow keys?

Thinking further ahead...
Would more than one line be possible?
Would it be possible to have a help screen, and the line just says "F1 for help"?

We could make arrow-key characters available, but I think this help text needs to work on ASCII-only terminals (e.g. serial) too, so I'd rather not.

More than one line starts to cramp other things, IMO. I'd prefer not to do that.

A full help screen would in principle be possible but would require development work on cdebconf rather than merely changing a string.
