Bug Description
Binary package hint: debian-installer
This is a wishlist item, please tag it as such.
Pressing F10 in text mode should accept the changes made in a screen, then advance to the next screen.
Accepting the changes made in a menu screen, then exiting, is a common action in debian-installer. It should therefore be possible to do in as few keystrokes as possible.
In text mode, the easiest way to do this is by hitting <end> then <enter>. This isn't a bad solution, but isn't mentioned explicitly, and isn't that intuitive. Getting the same effect by pressing F10 would be faster, and would arguably be more intuitive because it mimics the behaviour of most BIOSs (which one often edits immediately before installing).

Seems reasonable, if rather a corner case (I'm not sure all that many people will instinctively jump to F10, though I see that it'd be useful for people who do). Bumping over to cdebconf.
