Upgrade catch to version 2.2.2 from 2018

In case version 2.0 has been released at the time of upgrading this package, please package that version.

The version currently packages is 1.2 and is from June 2015 and outdated for more than two years.

Meanwhile, package and distribute version 2.2.1. Several mainstream packages use this while building and need custom code to download latest version. This should be updated frequently as it is related to build tools.

Meanwhile, version 2.2.3 is out. Also FreeBSD is shipping version 2, see https://svnweb.freebsd.org/ports/head/devel/catch/

Thanks for finding the corresponding Debian report, I added a bug watch via "Also affects distribution/package" which makes it easier to track status changes.

Looking over the latest comments there, it looks like catch2.x might soon be packaged as a separate package.

Catch has been updated to 1.12.1-1ubuntu1 i 20.04. Additionally, catch2 has been packaged as separate package and synced from Debian to Ubuntu Groovy (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/catch2)
