Bug Description
Dear Developers,
Prewious Casper versions copying existing Orca settings in the target system with /var/lib/gdm folder to prewent user hear equals speech person with the login screen output.
If I see right, this is now not happening in the ubiquity-
I maked a patch with doing this task, please review, and if the patch is good, please commit after beta freeze is lifted.
