Bug Description
My powerbook's battery died, thereby resetting the date and time. I wanted to install 6.10 on it (it has a previous installation of kubuntu 6.06 alongside OSX), but when the system booted and jumped into Gnome, I got about a dozen errors about Nautilus not being able to start up and other applications failing.
After about 5 attempts at booting and having the same problem, I booted into OSX and got the error that my clock was reset, so I fixed it and booted off the LiveCD again and everything worked.
