add maybe_break between mounting fs and running casper-bottom

For the purpose of hacking stuff in the live filesystem before casper runs, it would be really handy to have support for a break= option that triggers after the live filesystem (including the COW) is mounted but before casper-bottom scripts are run.

    kbd-chooser run from ubiquity picks up the selected keyboard (closes:
