Binary package hint: casper

Disabling gnome thumbnail adds some performace, would be a good idea to add it Blindness access=v3 mode.

 gct -s -t bool /desktop/gnome/thumbnailers/disable_all true

patch doesn't seems to work as expected. It doesn't disble thumbnail system.
