Bug Description

Binary package hint: gfxboot-theme-ubuntu

Since the update to gfxboot-theme-ubuntu to 0.5.17 (daily 20080408), the language selection on the boot menu only affects the menu text (correctly), but the live system and the installer use the English language.

OK, that's the other part of how all this language selection stuff works that I forgot while fixing bug 85162; casper needs to be given a bit more help on which locale to pick when given only the language.
