Add a command line option to skip integrity check

Bug Description
There are several cases where integrity check is not an absolute requirement, for example for installations of VMs directly from a file on a local filesystem, automated installations, VMWare easy install...
It'd be nice to have an option to disable this check by passing an option on the boot command line.
