disable "Last login" message for console logins

Using the Ubuntu Desktop amd64 CD from 20070718 when switching to ttys I noticed that they were misnumbered:

Ctrl+Alt+F1 shows tty2
Ctrl+Alt+F2 shows tty3
Ctrl+Alt+F3 shows tty4
Ctrl+Alt+F4 shows tty5
Ctrl+Alt+F5 doesn't have a label
Ctrl+Alt+F6 shows tty1
Ctrl+Alt+F7 switches to X

Read the whole message: it says "Last login: Tue Jul 24 14:42:35 2007 on tty5" or similar; in other words it's simply indicating (uselessly) the order in which the login processes on each tty started. In Brian's case this means they happened to start in order 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 6 for whatever reason.

Ideally we'd turn this line off ...
