Cannot access camera

Cannot access camera (see attached screenshots), it happened out of the blue while taking pictures, the camera app has access to hardware [c2]
you need to restart the phone to use the camera again

but this is after closing the unresponsive camera app, but it also happens out of the blue

Can confirm happened on Turbo stable yesterday out of the blue too. Camera had permissions to access hardware but still nothing, hard to hard reset.

um.. i think it's because i use HDR? i disabled HDR and now the camera doesn't crash and bun.

so.. enable HDR, take a couple of photos, the camera should lock. and then you'll see that error dialogue
