Mako rc-proposed update 401 - crash on startup

Bug Description

Hello,

After the update Rc-proposed on mako today, update 401, the app crash on startup.

After cleaning data, cache and config same result.

My system :
Phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ system-image-cli -i
current build number: 401
device name: mako
channel: ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/ubuntu
last update: 2016-03-25 12:30:32
version version: 401
version ubuntu: 20160325
version device: 20160315

Since the 403 the camera works again.
