The camera didn't run in the background
Step by step
1.Open the camera and check the screen.
Expected result:
Camera is opened normally.
Actual result:
open camera, camera screen flash black screen one time.

Because of internet reason, It is same with https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/camera-app/+bug/1472903. so change the state to invalid.
