Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Camera application
2. Switch to Video mode
3. Swipe up to reveal the sub-controls
4. Tap on Location
5. Tap On
6. Wait for several minutes to allow a fix to be retrieved
7. Record a short video
Expected result:
When viewing EXIF data for the video, location information is present
Actual result:
When viewing EXIF data, location information is not present
