calligraplan is not available for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
2. Try to install Calligra Plan with `sudo apt install calligraplan`

Expected results:
* calligraplan is installed

Actual results:
* calligraplan is not installed, it is not available in the repository (see https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?suite=all&searchon=names&keywords=calligraplan )

  Please repackage Calligra Plan with Calligra Suite.
