I'm unable to find kexi-postgresql-driver package for vivid anywhere.

See bug #61850, which is still valid, its status notwithstanding. Next September it will be *ten years* that this problem has been ongoing.

Currently the kexi-postgresql-driver only builds for LTS releases: it is currently present in 12.04 and 14.04.

Basically non-LTS-only users can use Kexi with PostgreSQL six months every two years. Well, better than nothing, I guess. :-(

Kexi cannot access PostgreSQL databases, because the kexi-postgresql-driver package has been missing from 14.10, 15.04 and 15.10: http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=kexi-postgresql-driver .
