Menus appear in incorrect order in menubar plasmoid

Bug Description

Instead of appearing in their correct order, in the menubar plasmoid the File Settings and Help menus appear first, i.e. the Settings and Help menus appear before the Edit, View, etc menus.

This appears to be cause by the former three menus being created earlier, in code common to all Calligra applications, and the others being created later by the individual applications, using the KDE XMLGUI system.

The menus appear in their correct order when a redraw is triggered by minimizing then maximizing the window.

This bug may be in appmenu-qt, plasma-widget-menubar or the appmenu code in qt, but I have reported it on the calligra package as that is where I have seen it, although its nature means other applications with similarly complex menu setups will also be affected

I managed to recreate this for calligra - not sure if I can find other stuff that does it (I don't normally use the menubar plasmoid)
