I installed Kexi, but it doesn't have an icon yet; it uses the default "?" icon.
sudo apt-get install kexi
(after install, notice it has no icon)

This issue seems to be fixed in Quantal and hence I'm marking it as Fix Released for the moment. Please change the status back to New if the problem still persists.
