Batch converting from mobi to epub, the very last file takes "forever" to finish.

I have a large amount of ebooks in mobi-format, and are converting them all to epub. Instead of selecting and converting the entire list in one go, I take 50-60 books at a time, just to make sure things don't get stuck. However, in the joblist, the very last book in the selection is "stuck", meaning it doesn't finish at all (or for a VERY long time), but if I add more ebooks to be converted, to the joblist, that book which "hanged" is instantly finished.

In the joblist, it says "Status: Working" and progress is 100%. The book that is currently "hanging" has been that way for 15 minutes at the time of writing this.

I'm not sure how to explain it better, but this is happening every time and can be easily recreated.
