Calibre does not recognize the check box for copy original file in output files to disk

Bug Description
the output from the "Save to Disk" option contains both the converted files and the original files after fresh download of version 6.25
Went to preferences and selected the "save books to disk" option and deselected the "save data files"
output the files again to my disk.... still got both the original disks and the converted disks (mix of epub and mobi for the original disks...
rebooted machine to check if it required a fresh start to calibre to get the option reset...
checked the "save to disk option" in preferences again nd check box off.
output the files to my disk again and got both sets of outputs again.
