calibre crashes on suspend

Bug Description

Calibre consistently crashes on suspend. I close the laptop lid, machine suspends. Later I open the lid and calibre is not running and a crash report for calibre is displayed.

I misreported this problem. I thought Calibre was crashing on suspend, it's actually crashing when I disable or enable a monitor as reported in #1406288
