LibreOffice Calc won't keep header on display

Although I can specify headers to repeat on printed reports, there is no option (that I can find) that will cause headers to be retained on-screen when scrolling through the list of rows. This is a very annoying usability issue that has existed from the earliest StarOffice release which I have used (1999).

VisiCalc, SuperCalc, QuattroPro and several other spreadsheet programs (even Excel), all could retain "table" headers on-screen. This is very useful when entering or reviewing data with more than a page's worth of lines.

Please fix this. It's been broken for far, far too long.
