Calamares install fails - Bootloader installation error

Testing Lubuntu Jammy daily ISO 15-07-2022

The installation fails with error message:

Bootloader installation error

The bootloader could not be installed. The installation command

grub-install --target=x86_64efi --efi-directory=/boot/efi --bootloader-id=ubuntu --force

returned error code 1

Retested on 2 machines and was unable to reproduce this error -

possible just a freak occurrence .. will be retesting next few days
