lubuntu qa-install; unknown crash (calamares just closed)

qa-test install on
- sony vaio svp112a1cw (i5-9400u, 4gb, intel haswell-ULT)

calamares window just closed

I looked and *calamares.crash existed in /var/crash/.

I didn't ubuntu-bug that .crash file, I just entered `ubuntu-bug calamares`

reboot & install looks good

I don't see the issue, and wish I'd `ubuntu-bug /var/crash...`, as I only see

restarted box & repeated the install ... all good second time

(I forgot to connect to wifi and only noticed when calamares prompted internet was missing... so exited calamares, connected wifi then restarted wifi again via system menu option... so not identical but close)
