feature request about setting ~/.config/caja/accels from GUI

User will be able to add, remove, create new accels from GUI settings.

User is not able to add, remove, create new accels from GUI settings.

#### Steps to reproduce the behaviour
Open Caja, try to find settings for editing ~/.config/caja/accels from GUI.
