when changing "view new folders using" setting from File management preferences, change should automatically replicate and currently doesn't. What it does now is apply the new selection to all other folders minus the PWD.
Recreation steps:
1. fresh 20.04 install (and prior):
2. open caja
3. edit -> preferences -> views -> view new folders using: -> list view -> close
4. pwd stays at previously configured state but 2x clicking on any other folder will display new content w/ proper newly configuration. |
