Bug Description
Cairo-clock doesn't use XShape when compositing is not available. It's fixable, and I attach a patch which solves this bug.
This patch should replace 03_composited.diff in Ubuntu source package diff.
(Note: this patch only changes cairo-clock.c; the error dialog file and maybe something else should be removed after patching to make clean package).
