percpuusage error reported

Bug Description
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS

$ sudo apt list cadvisor
Listing... Done
cadvisor/focal,now 0.27.1+dfsg2-4 amd64 [installed]
Since cadvisor was installed, it constantly reports an error message in syslog like:

Note: i haven't started yet a container.
This has been fixed long ago in cadvisor but 20.04 LTS is still using the 2017's version of cadvisor (now is 0.37).
I would expect the latest LTS not to provide such an old package version.
