Bug Description

cant install anything, it looks like every package has a dependency on ttf-mscorefonts-installer thinking about re-installing ubuntu, not sure if it is a bug but a bug handler popped up and alerted me so I thought I'd submit it incase anyone else was having the same problem.
ttf-mscorefonts-installer : Depends: cabextract but it is not going to be installed it says to try apt-get -f install.

Here is an example

sudo apt-get install git

You might want to run 'apt-get -f install' to correct these:

ttf-mscorefonts-installer : Depends: cabextract but it is not going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify a solution).
