Bug Description

C++ Annotations is just a document, ad a good one.
Current internet version is v9.9.1 with v10.0.0 due in a month or two.
Current available version is v9.8.0, 8 months old.
As there is no reason for holding it back, please keep it up to date or expunge it from repos.
Outdated documents and manuals can be more harmful than useless.

Given that the Ubuntu version has been tracking upstream fairly closely since the time of this bug report, can this be closed?

I would keep it open.
Current version, that is 11.1.1, isn't available for installation in no supported version.
Version 11.1.0 is available only for disco.
As it is a document, why not updating in all supported versions?
