Ok, the reason is obvious, there is no 'mercurial.changegroup.chunkiter' anymore since version 1.7.5

I can confirm that this bug is fixed in upstream's lp:bzr-hg branch.

This is fixed in bzr-hg 0.2.0~bzr409-1. Sync request in LP: #748376.

The sync has been processed, and the new package is available in Natty:
