I am on Ubuntu12.1o Quantal 64bit.
The bzr-explorer sometimes do not show the options on "Setup and peronalize Bazaar". There is only a gray plane. No further buttons.

Reproducing:
1. Install bzr-explorer
2.Start it several times.
3.Look if the Buttons under "Setup and peronalize Bazaar" are missing.
