Bug Description
At Linaro we want to create cross compilation sysroots from Ubuntu packages. First versions contained all development (*-dev) packages which we needed and now we want to have also debug symbols. For this we need to have *-dbgsym packages provided.

This is ridiculously painful because:
* calling pkg_create_dbgsym manually doesn't do all the correct stuff with /CurrentlyBuilding
* calling dh_strip doesn't work because bzip2's installation directories are non-standard
* converting the whole thing to debhelper is possible but Just Rude
So I give up for now; I think some logic needs to be factored out of pkg-create-dbgsym's dh_strip wrapper before this is practical.
