byobu clears screen on login

Bug Description

When logging into Precise, byobu clears the terminal. This is a problem sense there is information about updates and system load that is presented that is now being cleared off the screen.

I think this is because previously, byobu-screen used byobu-shell to print the MOTD before launching a shell.
