f9 -> change keybindings: misleading about screen bindings

Bug Description

When I hit f9 and then 'change keybinding set', the 'screen-escape-keys' makes me fear that the f- keys will stop working. But they don't. Perhaps there is a way to make the user not fjeer.

I'm actually going to drop this option from the F9 menu. The idea was originally that others would contribute keybinding sets and I'd include them as options in Byobu. It's been 3 years, and no new keybinding set has shown up. I'm deprecating this option in the menu.

Note that you will be able to, however, toggle the keybindings easily, though, with Shift-F12.
