apt installed byobu without installing xterm

Bug Description
installed ubuntu-server 16.04, then did aptitude install mate-[core,
updated /etc/xrdp/
remote logged in, tried to start byobu terminal but it was complaining xterm was missing. aptidude install xterm then ok
dependensy missing?

I can add a "suggests" but not a recommends or depends, on the Byobu side. You see, when Byobu is installed on a server, you're usually ssh'ing in from somewhere else.
