Bug Description
$ byobu
ERROR: Sessions should be nested with care. Remove 'screen' from $TERM to force.
$ echo $TERM
screen
I'm fully aware that I'm running screen, and would like to do the crazy thing of nesting it.
I would not, however, like to change my TERM variable (which will break things) in order to accomplish this.
I suggest this the attached patch as a sane way to fix this.

- In our 3 python scripts, we are going to use #!/usr/bin/python
+ The vast majority of Byobu users are getting it from their
distro, and the package itself appropriately depends on python
- Advanced users, developers, and others who want to run a different
python in their environment will need to sed update three scripts
- I've left a hint in the README to that effect
