Binary missing from bwbar package

Ubuntu 18.04 LTS / bwbar (1.2.3-3) [universe]

The official package is missing the binary ( /usr/sbin/bwbar )

As mentioned in the corresponding Debian report, the binary is reintroduced in bwbar 1.2.3-4 (https://packages.ubuntu.com/eoan/amd64/bwbar/filelist)

If you need a fix for the bug in previous versions of Ubuntu, please perform as much as possible of the SRU Procedure [1]. I might be able to help out making patches :)
