Bug Description

On Ubuntu 20.04, I found 'busybox hwclock -s' failed with "invalid argument" error, but hwclock of util-linux works well.

On bugzilla of busybox, there's someone reported the same/similar issue: https://bugs.busybox.net/show_bug.cgi?id=12756

$ apt policy busybox-static
busybox-static:
  Installed: 1:1.30.1-4ubuntu6.1
  Candidate: 1:1.30.1-4ubuntu6.1
  Version table:

        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     1:1.30.1-4ubuntu6 500
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal/main amd64 Packages

$ sudo busybox hwclock -s
hwclock: settimeofday: Invalid argument

I tried to apply the patch on the bugzilla page, and it does resolve the issue.
