missing module named eyeD3

Bug Description
I installed burn with all its dependencies. after installation i launched it with
burn -A -a *.wav
it failed with

i tried to install also package eyed3, but it didn't changed anything

I can confirm that I get the same error message with burn 0.4.6-2 on Ubuntu bionic. I also found a corresponding bug report which was reported in Debian recently, so I have attached a bug watch.
