package bugzilla3 3.6.3.0-2 failed to install: Subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 128

The perl scripts for setting up the package spit a lot of "Use of uninitialized value ..." messages. It suspect the problem might be related to the fact that I set a password on the MySQL root user, which the setup scripts probably do not know about.
